Hokkaido, Japan June '09 - Part 2

This is the second part of our Hokkaido trip. Please refer to the older post for the first part.

Day 5 - Asahikawa Ramen Village. This is a shop we ate in.

A sake museum.

Ice pavillion.
They provide a jacket for you before you enter. It is -20 degrees Celcius inside! Freezing...

There was even this room where you could press the button and change the temperature to -41 degrees! Of course, we didn't dare, but there were people who did and even took off their clothes! :O

After that, we went to see the Sandantaki Falls. Nearby the falls were the Ginga no Taki (galaxy falls) and Ryusei no Taki (meteor falls).

The Ginga no Taki waterfall represents a lady - graceful, sleek and elegant.
The Ryusei no Taki represents a guy - loud, strong and fast.
