Day 1 - Hakone
From Tokyo Shinjuku take Romance Car to Hakone - 85 min

Day 2 - Hakone

Roykan - Fujimen at Sengokuhara - nice view of Mt Fuji

Day 3 - Hakone/Tokyo
Miyanoshita - Historic Fujiya Hotel patronized by celebrities like the Beatles



Picot - Bakery next to hotel - the bread was first class - must try.

Day 4 - Tokyo
Asakusa - Sensoji Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street






A popular shop selling yummy potato fritter with beef paste filling


A quaint shop full of aunties shopping for old school brushes

Tokyo Tower

Ueno Park

Yanaka (Nippori Station JR line) - a different feel of Tokyo - worth a visit

Famous old cemetery
Yanaka Ginza - old fashioned shopping promenade dotted with old style shops selling coffee, food etc



Handmade figurines and the artist also entertained with life puppets show

Shibuya - downtown shopping area - Shibuya 109 - more happening than Shinjuku



Ramen - opposite Sakura Hotel at Shinagawa - yummy and filling
